Yari has been with First Florida since 2011. As Director of Operations, she is responsible in establishing strategic and operational leadership and procedures including administrative operations. As well as, engage actively with clients and manage end-to-end client experience.

She provides insight to employees and oversight to the First Florida staff, applying the best practices to supervise all teams including development of all the following departments: Contract Administration, Insurance, Lien Releases, Bonds and Accounts Payable. She pursues new opportunities for business growth and adopts measurable improvements within the organization that promote a positive and energetic culture.
